<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON JUNE 19, 1967. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on June 19, <br />1967, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Hayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel <br />and Shie Ids <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br />i'Jone <br /> <br />Member em-ley <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1850 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO <br />ABA TE THE SUM OF $920. 80 FROM TAXES ON THE PROPERTY <br />DESCRIBED AS LOT FOUR (4), BLOCK TWO (2), SOUTH OAKS <br />ADDITION, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That in 1966, the Village Council erroneously <br />certified to the Ram sey County Auditor's Office an unpaid sewer <br />and water charge on the fOllowing described real property, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot Four (4), Block Two (2), South Oaks <br />Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />2. <br />$920.80. <br /> <br />The amount of the erroneous certification was <br /> <br />3. The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />hereby requests the County Auditor or the Commissioner of Taxation <br />to abate said sum of $920.80 from taxes on the above described real <br />property. <br />
