<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON JUNE 19 1967. <br /> <br />** * * ************* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof I a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville I Minnesota I was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on ,June 19, <br />1967, at 7:30 oldoet p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />I'layor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, <br />Grauel and Shie Ids <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shields <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1853 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION INSTRUCTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO <br />COMMENCE AN ACTION IN RAMSEY COUNTY DISTRICT COURT <br />AGAINST NORTHERN STATES POWER COMPANY PURSUANT TO THE <br />COMPLAINT ATTACHED HERETO. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the Village Attorney may be and hereby is <br />instructed and authorized to commence an action against Northern <br />States Power Company in the name of, and in behalf of, the Village <br />of Roseville, Minnesota. Said action will be as prescribed in the <br />attached Complaint, copy of whieh is attached hereto and made a <br />part hereof, marked Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being <br />taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br />
