<br />( <br />I ~ <br /> <br />.' / <br /> <br />/, <br /> <br />, <br />, <br /> <br />/;' <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />June 22, 1967 <br /> <br />A <br /> <br />special <br /> <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Vil- <br /> <br />lage of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at the Village Hall in said Village on Jun:; <br /> <br />22,1967, at 5:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The Mayor and the following Trustees were present: <br />Trustees CurleYI Goodrichl and Shields <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for consideration of bids <br /> <br />for the purchase of $900,000 General Improvement Bonds, Series 3 of the Village, in <br /> <br />accordance with the resolution adopted May 15, 1967. The Village Clerk presented <br /> <br />affidavits showing publication of the notice of sale in the Ramsey County Suburban <br /> <br />Life and in the Commercial West, in accordance with said resolution, which affida- <br /> <br />vits were examined, found satisfactory and ordered placed on file. <br /> <br />The Village Clerk reported that two <br /> <br />sealed bids had been received <br /> <br />for the purchase of said bonds pursuant to said notice.
