<br />Bonds of this series maturing in the years 1968 through 1977 are payable <br />on their respective stated maturity dates, without option of prior payment, but the <br />bonds of this series maturing in the years 1978 through 1986 are each subject to re- <br />demption and prepayment in inverse order of serial numbers, at the option of the <br />Village. on July 1, 1977, and any interest payment date thereafter, at par and ac- <br />crued interest. Not less than thirty days before the date fixed for the redemption <br />of any of the bonds, the Treasurer will cause notice stating the amount, the serial <br />numbers and maturities of the bonds called for redemption to be published in a <br />financial periodical in a Minnesota city of the first class, and to be mailed to <br />the owner of the bond, if known, and to .the bank at which principal and interest <br />are then payable; provided that notice of the call of any bond for redemption shall <br />be effective upon publication without mailing. <br /> <br />IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED AND RECITED that all acts, conditions and things <br />required by the Constitution and laws of the State of Minnesota to be done, to ex- <br />ist, to happen and to be performed preliminary to and in the issuance of this bond <br />in order to make ita valid and binding general obligation of said Village according <br />to its terms, have been done, do exist, have happened and have been performed as so <br />required; that said General Improvement Bond Sinking Fund has been duly created and <br />provisions has been duly made for the support thereof by ad valorem taxes and spe- <br />cial assessments to be levied upon property benefited by said improvements, col- <br />lectible in the years and in aggregate amounts not less than 5% in excess of sums <br />sufficient to pay when due the principal of and interest on all bonds p~able from <br />said fund; that if necessary to pay such principal and interest, additional ad <br />valorem taxes are required by law to be levied upon all taxable property within the <br />corporate limits of the Village, without limitation as to rate or amount; and that <br />the issuance of this bond does not cause the indebtedness of the Village to exceed <br />any constitutional or statutory limitation of indebtedness. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />by its Village Council, has caused this bond to be executed inA~sf$;,qatlJ &'t the <br />signature of the M~or, attested by the Village Clerk, and sea!ea'wlt~~s corpor- <br />ate seal, and the attached interest coupons and the certificate on the reverse side <br />hereof to be executed and authenticated by the facsimile signatures of said Mayor <br />and Clerk, all as of July 1, 1967. <br /> <br />M~or <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />Village Clerk <br /> <br />-7- <br />
