Member Cwley then introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1856 RESOLUTION AVlARDING SALE OF $290,000 GOLF COURSE BONDS BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi11e, Minne- sota, that the bid of '!'he 1'1r.~ _Uou1 Bank of sail'l~ "1&1 , of ft. Paul, Mlnneeota , and associates therein named. to purchase $290,000 Golf Course Bonds of the Village in accordance with the notice of sale thereof heretofore duly published, is hereby found and determined to be the best bid received for said bonds and is hereby accepted, said bid being to purchase said bonds at a price of par and accrued interest plus a premium of $ - 0 - , the bonds maturing in the years set forth below to bear interest at the rates per annum set forth opposite such maturity years, respectively: Maturity Years Interest Rate 1966 - 1976 4.0<<* 1977 - 1980 4.1C* 1961 - 1983 4.a~ 19&4 - 1987 4.2. and all bonds to bear additional interest at the rate of 1.5~ per annum from A....t. 19 , 1967 to July 1, 1968, represented by a separate "B" coupon. The Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the Village a contract for the sale of said bonds upon said terms. The Village Clerk shall retain the good faith check of the successful bidder pending the de- livery of said bonds and payment of the purchase price, and shall return the checks of the other bidders forthwith.
