<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council of <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />June 26, 1967 <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville duly met in <br /> <br />regular session at the village Hall on Monday, June 26, 1967, at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cedarholm, Curley, Grauel, <br /> <br />and Shields: and the following was absent: Goodrich. <br /> <br />Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1858 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERS PRELIMINARY <br />REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT NO. 67-20 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Council has heretofore directed Banister Engineering <br />Company, village consulting engineers, 310 Snelling Avenue, Saint <br />Paul, Minnesota, to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasi- <br />bility of a proposed improvement consisting of the construction of <br />trunk, sub-trunk and lateral storm sewers serving an area of approxi- <br />mately 120 acres located in the northeast quarter of Section l6and <br />generally bounded by Roselawn Avenue, Snelling Avenue, County Road B, <br />and Fairview Avenue, The main trunk outlet will discharge into an <br />existing 42 inch storm sewer located on Skillman Avenue immediately <br />east of Snelling Avenue, which sewer was constructed in 1962 under a <br />previous local storm drainage improvement. The ultimate outlet for <br />the proposed system is through Zimmerman Lake, Dry Robinson Lake, and <br />into County Ditch 4 which discharges into Lake Johanna. Lake Johanna <br />in turn drains through a series of private ditches and natural water <br />
