<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF Trill VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JUNE 26, 1967 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on June 26, 1967, <br />at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Curley, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: Councilman Goodrich <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1859 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Lovell <br />Avenue between the centerline of Grotto Street and the centerline <br />of St. Albans Street by installation of bituminous surfacing and <br />concrete curb and gutter filed with the Council on June 23, 1967, <br />is hereby declared to be signed by the required number of owners <br />of property effected thereby. This declaration is made in con- <br />formance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to the Public Works <br />Director and he is instructed to report to the Council with all <br />convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it <br />should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon vote being taken the follow- <br />ing voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br />and no one voted against same. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON the said Resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
