EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF Trill VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JUNE 26, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on June 26, 1967, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Curley, Grauel and Shields and the following members were absent: Councilman Goodrich Member Shields introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1859 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Lovell Avenue between the centerline of Grotto Street and the centerline of St. Albans Street by installation of bituminous surfacing and concrete curb and gutter filed with the Council on June 23, 1967, is hereby declared to be signed by the required number of owners of property effected thereby. This declaration is made in con- formance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. 2. The petition is hereby referred to the Public Works Director and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon vote being taken the follow- ing voted in favor of the resolution: All present and no one voted against same. WHEREUPON the said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
