<br />RESuLUTIuN Nu. 186 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO REVISION OF SEWER <br /> <br />CHARGES BY THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota, has <br /> <br />heretofore, by Reso1ution known as Counei1 File No. 187115 approved <br /> <br />April 22, 1958 and published April 26, 1958, made a temporary increase <br />in the annual charges contained in Ordinance No, 10725 of the City of <br />Saint Paul, approved January 20, 1956, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village COUllci1 of the <br /> <br />Village of Rosev11le, that the Village of Roseville assents to the <br />temporary increase in annual. charges contained in Council File No. <br /> <br />+87115 passed by the City of Saint Paul on April 22, 1958, and binds <br />itself to the City of Saint Paul for the p~ent of the said increased <br />charges; RESOLVED, further, that the Village Clerk file a duly certified <br />cop,. of this Resolution with the City Clerk of the Cit,. of Saint Paul <br />prior to Ma,. 16, 1958. <br />Adopted by the Village Council of Roseville this ~day of May, <br /> <br />1958. <br /> <br />c;- 9~~ OA J2~[J! <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATT~',~ <br />~.1\, <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />/ <br />
