EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF TI-ffi VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JULY 10, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July 10, 1967, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Grauel, Shields and Curley and the following was absent: Councilman Goodrich Member Grauel introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1860 A RESOLUTION VACATING GRANDVIEW AVENUE FROM COHANSEY STREET II/EST INCLUDING THE CUL DE SAC. WHEREAS, the majority of the owners of property abutting Grandview Avenue from Cohansey Street West including the cuI de sac, Ramsey County, have requested the Village Council by proper petition to vacate such street in accordance with law, and WHEREAS, after due publication and posted notice was given by the Manager pursuant to law and the petition was referred to the Planning Commission and was heard by the Planning Commission on June 7, 1967, and WHEREAS, the public hearing was held before the Village Council in the Village Hall on such petition on July 10, 1967, at which time all persons interested were given an opportunity to be heard, and l~REAS, it appears that it will be for the best interest of the Village to approve such petition, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TI-ffi VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That such petition is hereby granted and Grandview Avenue from Cohansey Street West including the cuI de sac, may be and hereby is vacated as a public street.
