EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JULY 10, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, ~1innesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July 10, 1967, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Curley, Grauel and Shields and the following members were absent: Councilman Goodrich Member Shields introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1861 WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution the Council adopted June 26, 1967, a report has been prepared by the Public Works Director with reference to the improvement of Lovell ~venu~ between the centerline of Grotto Street and the centerline of St. Albans Street, by installation of bituminous surfacing and concrete curb and gutter and this report was received by the Council on July 10, 1967; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. The Council is considering the improvement of such street in accordance with report and the assessment of the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended, at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $11,589.07. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 14th day of August, 1967, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, at 7:30 p.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing on the improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon vote being taken the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present and no one voted against same.
