<br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILIAGE COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the Ramsey County Suburban Life, the official <br />paper, and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for <br />bids upon the making of such approved plans and specifications. <br />The advertisement shall be published as required by law, shall <br />specift the work to be done, shall call for bids upon the <br />basis of a cash payment for such work, shall state that the <br />bids will be opened and considered by the Village Manager <br />and Public Works Director at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on July 21, <br />1967 in the Village Hall, that no bids will be considered <br />unless sealed and filed with the Manager and accompanied by <br />a cash deposit, certified cheCk, or bid bond payable to the <br />Manager for ten percent (l~) of the amount of such bid and <br />that the advertisement shall state a completion date of <br />October 31, 1967. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Trustee Shields and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon the following voted in favor: all present <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
