<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE1 MINNESOTA HELD ON .July 101967. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br />regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall <br />in said Village on July 10 , 1967, at 7: :)0 p.m. The <br />following members were present: <br /> <br />ilayor Cedarho1m. Trustees Curley. Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: Trustee Goodrich <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1864 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION TO ACQUIRE REAL PROPERTY AT <br />2058 NORTH DALE STREET FOR PARK AND RECREATION PURPOSES. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined <br />that the property as hereinafter described, located <br />at 2058 North Dale Street is appropriate and need for <br />a public purpose, to-wit, a park and recreation site, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the ON ner and the Village have agreec <br />as to the purchase price of $2,800.00, of which $5.00 <br />has been paid as earnest money by the Village, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
