<br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approvec I. <br /> <br />2. The village Manager shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the RamSey county Suburban Life, the official paper, <br />and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon <br />,the making of such approved plans and specifications. The <br />advertisement for Sto~ Drainage Improvement No. 67-10, pro, ect <br />No. 1 shall be publiShed as required by law, shall specify 1:he <br />work to be done, shall call for bids upon the basis of a callh <br />payment for such work, shall state that the bids will be OPI med <br />and considered by the Council at 11:30 o'cloCk a.m. on <br />August 11, 1967 in the Village Hall, that no bids will be clm- <br />sidered unless sealed and filed with the clerk and accompanLed <br />by a cash deposit. certified check or bid bond payable to <br />the manager for ten percent (10%) of the amount of such bid <br />and that the advertisement shall state a completion date of <br />Dctober 31, 1967. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolutio1 <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Trustee Grauel and upon vote being takan <br /> <br />thereof.4 the following voted in favor: all present <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
