<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JULY 24, 1967 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July 24, <br />1967, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Curley, Goodrich, Shields and <br />Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1867 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Heinel Drive between the <br />existing north terminus of Heinel Drive and Sandy Hook Lane by <br />installation of sanitary sewer and to assess the benefited property <br />for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred <br />to the Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed <br />to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement <br />is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br />or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost <br />as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
