EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city council of the city of Roseville, county of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the twelfth day of April, 1993, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Cushman, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Member P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8917 RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the city of Roseville, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment rolls for various improvements for the City of Roseville were certified to the County Auditor of the County of Ramsey, and since the certifications, a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment rolls have been divided and conveyed, it requires that apportionment of the original assessments be made by the City Council of the City of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property there- after, NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments against the following described properties: DIVISION NO. DA064160 12-29-23-23-0040-0 12-29-23-23-0041-3 The City Manager of the City of Rosevi1le is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Coedeke, P. Johnson, Cushman, and V. Johnson and the following voted against same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
