EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JULY 24, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July 24, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Curley, Goodrich, Shields and Grauel and the following were absent: None Member Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1868 WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Heinel Drive between the northern terminus of the existing Heinel Drive and Sandy Hook Lane by installation of permanent bituminous surfacing together with concrete curb and gutter and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota statutes, Chapter 429 as amended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred to the Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
