<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JULY 24, 1967 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July 24, <br />1967, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: <br /> <br />M~or Cedarholm, Councilmen Curley, Goodrich, Shields and <br />Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following resolutmon and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1869 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that section of the <br />Village of Roseville lying between County Road D, Lake Josephine, <br />Brenner Avenue extended and Churchill Street by installation of <br />sanitary sewer and to assess the benefited property for all or <br />a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred <br />to the Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed <br />to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the <br />Council in a preliminary wasy as to whether the proposed improve- <br />ment is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as <br />proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the <br />estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Goodrich and upon a vote being taken thereon <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, Said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
