EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JULY 24, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July 24, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: M~or Cedarholm, Councilmen Curley, Goodrich, Shields and Grauel and the following were absent: None Member Grauel introduced the following resolutmon and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1869 WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that section of the Village of Roseville lying between County Road D, Lake Josephine, Brenner Avenue extended and Churchill Street by installation of sanitary sewer and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred to the Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary wasy as to whether the proposed improve- ment is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Goodrich and upon a vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON, Said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
