<br />WHEREAS it appears that Austin P. Keller Construction <br />Company of St. Paul, Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder <br />at the tabulated price of $20,663.00. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of <br />the Village of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into a contract with Austin P. Keller for $20,663.00 in the <br />name of the Village of Roseville for the above improvements according <br />to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the <br />Village Council and on file in the office of the Village Manager. <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids <br />except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest <br />bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Grauel and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />add the following voted against: None <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
