<br />EXTRACT OF MnJUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, July 24, 1967 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Ibseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held <br />at the Village Hall in said Village on July 24, 1967, at 7:30 0 I clock P.M. <br />The Following members were present: <br /> <br />Itayor Cedar}lOlm, Cou.ncilraen Curley, Goodrich, Shields and Grauel <br /> <br />And the following members were absent: <br /> <br />]ono <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />lution and moved its adoption. <br /> <br />introduced the following reso- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />1872 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CANCELLING ASSESSMENTS FOR SPECIAL lliPROVEMENTS <br />ON PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE IN 1967. <br /> <br />WHEREAS" the Village of Ibseville acquired in 1967 for <br /> <br />Ibseville Golf Course <br /> <br />the following parcel of property as hereinafter described, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said parcel of property had, at the time that it was <br />acquired by the Village" an assessment for local improvements which had been <br />spread against said parcel of property, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville now desires to cancel said spread <br />assessment because of its ownership of said parcel of property, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />
