<br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The Village Administrator shall prepare and cause to <br />be inserted in the ~~sey County Suburban Life, the official <br />paper, and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for <br />bids upon the making of such approved plans and specifications. <br />The advertisement for storm Sewer Improvement No. 67-9 shall be <br />published as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, <br />shall call for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for such <br />work, shall state that the bids will be opened and considered <br />at 11:30 o'clock a.m. on August 25, 1967 in the Council Chambers <br />of the Village aall, that no bids will be considered unless <br />sealed and filed with the administrator and accompanied by a <br />cash deposit , certified check, or bid bond payable to the <br />administrator for ten percent (10%) of the amount of such bid <br />and that the advertisement shall state a completion date of <br />October 31, 1967. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Grauel and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon the following voted in favor: all present <br /> <br />and the following against: none <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
