EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD AUGUST 14, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 14th day of August, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Grauel, Goodrich, Curley and Shields and the following were absent: None Councilman Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1874 WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions of the Council, adopted July 24, 1967, a report has been prepared by the Public Works Director with reference to the improvement of the following legally described property by installation of sanitary sewer and street surfacing, together with concrete curb and gutter and necessary drainage appurtenances: Beginning at the point of intersection of the northwesterly right-of-way lines of OWasso Blvd. S and the southwesterly lot line, and its extension, of Lot 4, Block 3, OWasso Shores Add'n. thence in a northwesterly direction along the rear lot lines of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 3, Lots 20, 19, 18 and 17 A, Block 1 and their extensions, Owasso Shores Add'n. to the shore of Lake Owasso; thence in a southwesterly direction along the shore of Lake Owasso to its intersection with southwesterly lot line of Lot 11, A. K. Barnum's Garden Lots; Ulence southeasterly along the southwesterly line of Lot 11 to its intersection with the northwesterly right-of-way line of Owasso Blvd. S.; thence north- easterly along the northwesterly right-of-way line of Owasso Blvd. S. to the point of beginning. and this report was received by the Council on August 14, 1967; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Rosevi1le, Minnesota: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such property and assessment of such property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended, at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $102,362.
