EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD AUGUST 14, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Rosevil1e, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 14th day of August, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarho1m, Councilmen Grauel, Goodrich, Curley and Shields and the following were absent: None Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1875 WflliREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council, adopted July 24, 1967, a report has been prepared by the Public Works Director with reference to the improvement of the following legally described property by installation of sanitary sewer: Beginning at the point of intersection of the centerline of vacated Brenner Avenue and the east line of Lot 8 St. PAUL Park; thence northerly along the east line of lot 8 to its inter- section with the woutherly right-of-way line of County Road "0" thence westerly along the south right-of-way line of County Road "0" 175.46 feet more or less to a point; thence southerly 150 feet to a point; thence in a westerly direction to the point of intersection with the easterly right-of-way line of Lexington Avenue; thence in a southerly direction along said easterly right- of-way line 290 feet more or less to a point; thence in an easterly direction to the point of intersection of the easterly line of Lot 10, St. Paul Park and the westerly right-of-way line of Lexington Avenue; thence northerly 685.22 feet to the northerly line of said Lot 10; thence easterly to the easterly shore of Lake Josephine; thence southerly along the easterly shore of Lake Josephine to the southerly line of Lot 11, St. Paul Park; thence easterly along the southerly line of Lot 11 to the westerly right-of-way line of Lexington Avenue; thence northerly along the westerly right-of-way of Lexington Avenue to the centerline of facated Brenner Avenue; thence easterly on the centerline of vacated Brenner Avenue to the point of beginning.
