<br />EXTRACT OF MINlITES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD August 14, 1967 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on August 14, 1967 <br />at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, <br />Councilmen Shields, Grauel, Curley and Goodrich <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel then introduced and moved the <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLlITION NO. 1876 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota <br />pursuant to a public hearing held on February 20, 1967, did <br />order Storm Sewer Improvement 65-38 Amended, which is the <br />construction of storm sewer and a storm sewer pumping station <br />from Fulham Street and T.H. 36 north along the Minnesota Transfer <br />Railway right-of-way to Jones Lake in the Village of New Brighton; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this proposed construction includes in the drainage <br />area, portions of I.H. 35W, T.H. 36, and T.H. 8, which highways <br />shall be benefitted from said construction; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of <br />the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that the Village of Roseville <br />requests participation by the State of Minnesota, Department of <br />Highways, in the cost of this improvement and that the Village of <br />Roseville and the State cf. Minnesota, Department of Highways, enter <br />into an agreement whereby the State of Minnesota contributes to the <br />cost of Roseville Storm Sewer Improvement 65-38 Amended in an <br />amount commensurate with benefits received and as determined by <br />standard policies of the Minnesota Department of Highways. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Curley and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WtlliREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed arid adopted. <br />
