EXTRACT OF MINlITES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD August 14, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on August 14, 1967 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Shields, Grauel, Curley and Goodrich and the following were absent: None Councilman Grauel then introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLlITION NO. 1876 WHEREAS, the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota pursuant to a public hearing held on February 20, 1967, did order Storm Sewer Improvement 65-38 Amended, which is the construction of storm sewer and a storm sewer pumping station from Fulham Street and T.H. 36 north along the Minnesota Transfer Railway right-of-way to Jones Lake in the Village of New Brighton; WHEREAS, this proposed construction includes in the drainage area, portions of I.H. 35W, T.H. 36, and T.H. 8, which highways shall be benefitted from said construction; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that the Village of Roseville requests participation by the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways, in the cost of this improvement and that the Village of Roseville and the State cf. Minnesota, Department of Highways, enter into an agreement whereby the State of Minnesota contributes to the cost of Roseville Storm Sewer Improvement 65-38 Amended in an amount commensurate with benefits received and as determined by standard policies of the Minnesota Department of Highways. The motion was seconded by Councilman Curley and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against: None WtlliREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed arid adopted.
