EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD August 14, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on August 14, 1967 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Shields, Grauel, Goodrich and Curley and the following were absent: None Councilman Grauel then introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 1877 WHEREAS, the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota pursuant to a public hearing held on April 24, 1967, and approval from the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners dated May 1, 1967 _ order the improvement of County Ditch #4 trom T.H. 36 and Fairview Avenue to Lake Johanna in the Village of Arden Hills; WHEREAS, this proposed construction includes in the drainage area the proposed interchange at T.H. 36 and Fairview Avenue together with portions of T.H. 36 and T.H. 51, which highways shall be benefitted from said construction; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that the Village of Roseville requests participation by the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways, in the cost of this improvement and that the Village of Roseville and the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways, enter into an agreement whereby the State of Minnesota contributes to the cost of the improvement of County Ditch #4 from T.H. 36 and Fairview Avenue to Lake Johanna in the Village of Arden Hills in an amount commensurate with benefits received and as determined by standard policies of the Minnesota Department of Highways. The motion was seconded by Councilman Curley and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
