<br />RESOLUTION NO. 188 <br /> <br />Extract of ~inutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Rosevi11e, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was <br />duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, <br />on Saturday, the 10th day of May, 1958 at 9:00 A.M.. <br /> <br />The following members were present: All <br />and the fo11owling were absent: None <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was convened for the purpose <br />of considering reapportionment of assessments regarding the Roseville Assessment <br />Roll. <br /> <br />After due consideration of said bids, Member Hammersten introduced <br />the following resolution and moved its adoption~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIO~iENT <br />OF ASSESSHENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLV"J!:D by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />',JHEREAS, the assessment roll as finally amended and adopted on <br />October 4, 1957 relating to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 of the Village of <br />Roseville, has been certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained within <br />said assessment roll have been divided and conveyed by the previous property <br />owners and, <br /> <br />\~IEREAS the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment <br />of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been <br />divided, sold or conveyed be made by the Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville in orner that said County Auditor can extend the proper assessment <br />against each parcel of property thereafter commencing with an assessment to be <br />collected in the year 1958, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville hereby <br />makes the following apportionment of original assessments against the following <br />described properties: <br /> <br />No. 1709 <br /> <br />Original Assessment: <br /> <br />Lot 9, Block 2 <br />McCarron's Addition <br /> <br />$453.75 <br />
