<br />village will pay $ <br /> <br />-0- <br /> <br />as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NO~1, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the village Council of <br />the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessee, <br />is hereby declared to be $ 1,796.67. . <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager, together with the assistance of <br />the village engineer, consulting eng.ineer and fiscal consultar,t, <br />shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially <br />assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, <br />piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without <br />regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall fiJe <br />a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public <br />inspection. The Village Manager may arrange for the assistance <br />of the Machine Accounting Division of the County of Ramsey in <br />the preparation of the proposed assessment roll. <br /> <br />3. The Village Manager shall, upon completion of such <br />proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof for their <br />further action and for their setting of an assessment hearing <br />therefor. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution ,'as <br /> <br />duly seconded by <br /> <br />rlember Shields <br /> <br />and upon vote being taken thE ~reon, <br /> <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All uresent <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adoptecl. <br />
