EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF TI~ VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD SEPTEMBER 11, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 11th day of September, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Councilrnet1 Grauel, Goodrich, Curley and Shields and the following were absent: None Councilman Goodrich introduced the following resolution and movEd its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1895 WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted August 2~, 1967, a report has been prepared by the Public Works Director with reference to the improvement of the following legally described property: Beginning at the point of intersection of the north line of Section 2 T. 29 R 23 and the east line of Lot 1, Lake Owasso Park; thence south along the east lot lines of Lots 1 thru 29, to the SE corner of Lot 29; thence NW'ly along the SW'ly line of Lot 29, Lake Owasso Park, to the SW corner of Lot 29, Lake Owasso Park; thence westerly across Lake Owasso Boulevard N. to the SE corner of Lot 3, Block 4, Minnesota Realty Co., OWasso; thence NW'ly along the SW'ly line of Lot 3 to the SW corner of said lot 3; thence NE'ly along the NW'ly line of Lots 3, 2 and 1, Block 4, their extension and Lots 15, 14, 13, 12 ane 11 and 10, Block 1, to the NW corner of Lot la, thence NW'ly along the SW'ly line of Lot 9 to theSW corner of said Lot 9; thence NE'ly along the NW'ly lines of Lots 9 thru 1, Block 1, Minnesota Realty Co.'s Owasso, to the NW corner of said Lot 1; thence continuing along the extension of the NW'ly line of said Lot 1, a distance of 157.45 ft. to a point; thence at right ang:es in a NW'ly direction a distance of 15 ft to a point; thence at right angles in a NE'ly direction a distance of 87.9 ft to the North line of Section 2, T 29 R 23; thence east along the north line of said section 2 to the point of beginning. by installation of storm sewer and this report was received by the Council on September 11, 1967;
