EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />~ <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 23rd day of July 2007 at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br />The following members were present: Pust, Roe, Ihlan, Kough and Klausing <br />and the following were absent: none. <br />Member Kough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 10521 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT TO THE <br />SUBURBAN LAW ENFORCEMENT ASSOCIATION <br />WHEREAS, the Suburban Law Enforcement Association (SLEA) has applied for a lawful <br />gambling premise permit to conduct lawful gambling activities at 2350 Cleveland Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, the Suburban Law Enforcement Association has met the local permit requirements <br />as specified in City Code, Section 304. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br />The City of Roseville hereby approves the premise permit application of the Suburban Law <br />Enforcement Association to conduct lawful gambling activities at 2350 Cleveland Avenue. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Ihlan <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Pust, Roe, Ihlan, <br />Kough and Klausing <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
