EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting on the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 23rd day of July 2007 at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Pust, Roe, Ihlan, Kough and Klausing <br />And the following were absent: none. <br />Member Kough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />. RESOLUTION 10522 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REVOCATION OF THE PERA EXCLUSION TO THE <br />COORDINATED PLAN <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution passed by the City Council, the City Manager will be <br />allowed to revoke his exclusion from the PERA Coordinated Plan. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br />The City of Roseville hereby approves the revocation of the PERA exclusion to the Coordinated <br />Plan. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Ihlan <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Pust, Roe, Ihlan, <br />Kough and Klausing <br />And the following voted against the same: none. <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
