Winston, Winston Law Office, Minneapolis, MN, and at- <br />torney for Ruth Partridge and family, property owner at 3008 <br />and 3010 Cleveland Avenue N <br />Mr. Winston provided written comments via letter dated June 8, 2007 <br />to the City Council included as a bench handout; and highlighted his. <br />comments verbally, while respectfully seeking Council approval for <br />the project. <br />Mr. Winston opined that the developers were selected because of their <br />professionalism, competency, and care of the neighborhood and envi- <br />ronment, and their receptiveness to community and neighborhood <br />preferences in the process to-date. <br />No one else appeared for or against. <br />Roe moved, Kough seconded, APPROVAL of the PRELIMINARY <br />PLAT, creating one lot for a senior cooperative and provision of a <br />public road (via dedication ofright-of--way) <br />for United Properties, in cooperation with the <br />Frieda Schultz Family (property owner to allow the development of a <br />multi-story 93-unit senior cooperative at 3008 and 3010 Cleveland <br />Avenue; based on conditions and recommendations in Section 12 of <br />the staff report dated June 18, 2007.
