Regular City Council Meeting Monday, June 18, 2007 Page 36 Mayor Klausing sought clarification from staff on the timeline for submission of the materials from the applicant to staff, to the City's traffic consultant, and ultimately to the City Council. Mr. Stark advised that staff needed to ~et all Council packet materials to the City Administration by July 18t ;suggesting that the applicant needed to get the information to staff by July 11 ~' at the latest to allow adequate review time by staff and their consultants, as long as that in- formation proved consistent with the requested scope. Councilmember Ihlan opined that there appeared to be considerable miscommunication between staff and the applicant, leading to the confusion. Mr. Stark displayed a copy of the City Engineer's most recent a-mail to the applicant reiterating the consistent scope of the information re- quested by Planning and Engineering staffs. Ms. Bloom clarified that the e-mail was sent following her discussion with Mr. Paschke, and that the e-mail simply detailed his previous conversations and/or correspondence with the applicant, and did not change in scope at all. Roe moved, Pust seconded, tabling action until July 23, 2007, on the request of Cent Ventures and AmWest Development LLC (in coop- eration with John Mueller property owner representative) fora PRE- LIMINARY PLAT, REZONING, AND GENERAL CONCEPT PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, to redevelop the Xtra Lease trucking site, 2700 Cleveland Avenue, into a hotel and restaurant (PF07-021).
