Regular City Council Meeting <br />Monday, June 18, 2007 <br />Page 36 <br />Mayor Klausing sought clarification from staff on the timeline for <br />submission of the materials from the applicant to staff, to the City's <br />traffic consultant, and ultimately to the City Council. <br />Mr. Stark advised that staff needed to ~et all Council packet materials <br />to the City Administration by July 18t ;suggesting that the applicant <br />needed to get the information to staff by July 11 ~' at the latest to allow <br />adequate review time by staff and their consultants, as long as that in- <br />formation proved consistent with the requested scope. <br />Councilmember Ihlan opined that there appeared to be considerable <br />miscommunication between staff and the applicant, leading to the <br />confusion. <br />Mr. Stark displayed a copy of the City Engineer's most recent a-mail <br />to the applicant reiterating the consistent scope of the information re- <br />quested by Planning and Engineering staffs. <br />Ms. Bloom clarified that the e-mail was sent following her discussion <br />with Mr. Paschke, and that the e-mail simply detailed his previous <br />conversations and/or correspondence with the applicant, and did not <br />change in scope at all. <br />Roe moved, Pust seconded, tabling action until July 23, 2007, on the <br />request of Cent Ventures and AmWest Development LLC (in coop- <br />eration with John Mueller property owner representative) fora PRE- <br />LIMINARY PLAT, REZONING, AND GENERAL CONCEPT <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, to redevelop the Xtra Lease <br />trucking site, 2700 Cleveland Avenue, into a hotel and restaurant <br />(PF07-021). <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Kough; Pust; Ihlan; Roe and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />The applicant was strongly encouraged by Councilmembers to pro- <br />vide the information previously requested, in accordance with the <br />scope requested by staff, to staff at their earliest convenience to ensure <br />staff adequate time to review, analyze and make recommendation to <br />
