<br />EXTRACT OF ~UNUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD SEPTEMBER 18, 1967 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on September 18, <br />1967, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, <br />Councilmen Grauel, Shields and Curley <br /> <br />and the following member was absent: Councilman Goodrich <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1899 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the approval of Terrace <br />Drive from St. Albans Street to County Road C, Iona Lane and St. Albans <br />Street to Wheaton Avenue, and Wheaton Avenue east of lona Lane to Terrace <br />Drive by installation of hot mix paving and concrete curb and gutter was <br />duly presented to the Village Council on the 11th day of April, 1966, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the sodding of boulevards and planting of street trees <br />were later considered to be part of the improvement; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this improvement was ordered by the Council on <br />April 11, 1966, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of <br />the Village of Roseville, that to clarify previous action the Council <br />did not intend to include sodding and boulevard trees in improvement <br />project. <br /> <br />TIle motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Shie Ids, and upon a vote being- taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
