EXTRACT OF ~UNUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD SEPTEMBER 18, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on September 18, 1967, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Grauel, Shields and Curley and the following member was absent: Councilman Goodrich Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1899 WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the approval of Terrace Drive from St. Albans Street to County Road C, Iona Lane and St. Albans Street to Wheaton Avenue, and Wheaton Avenue east of lona Lane to Terrace Drive by installation of hot mix paving and concrete curb and gutter was duly presented to the Village Council on the 11th day of April, 1966, and WHEREAS, the sodding of boulevards and planting of street trees were later considered to be part of the improvement; and WHEREAS, this improvement was ordered by the Council on April 11, 1966, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, that to clarify previous action the Council did not intend to include sodding and boulevard trees in improvement project. TIle motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Shie Ids, and upon a vote being- taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against same: None WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
