<br />Resolution No. .l:2- <br /> <br />Adopted August 16, 1949 <br /> <br />IfrtEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County by resolution <br />dated August 10, 1949, classified as non-conservation land certain parcels <br />of land lying within the Village of Roseville, aIld <br />WHEREAS, a certified coPY of the classification resolution together with <br />a list of the land classified has been submitted for approval of the <br />classification and sale of the lands classified in accordance with Minnesota <br />Statutes 1945, Section 282.01, Subdivision 1; <br />Now, therefore, be it res lved that the classific:ation of the land shown <br />on said list as non-conservation land and the sale thereof be and hereby <br />is approved; and be it further resolved that the Village Clerk be and <br />hereby is directed to file a cerified copy in the office of the County <br />Auditor. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />Clerk <br />
