<br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />/,1 . 1ft' <br />IW. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Raymond Schacht is the owner of the <br />following described parcel of land situated in the Village of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 2, KAY-REEN ADDITION, <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by Resolution of the Village of Roseville <br />on October 3, 1957, said Lot 3, Block 2, KAY-REEN ADDITION, was assessed <br />for benefits on account of installation of sanitary sewer in the amount <br />of $465.85, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on the 13th day of November, 1957, one Lawrence F. Barrett <br />paid to the Village of Roseville the amount of $46~~lY on sewer <br />assessment for Lot 3, Block 2, KAY-REEN .AiiB1'f:E8N.~ ". <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville determines <br />that the amount of $465.85 was the correct amount assessed against said <br />Lot 3, Block 2, KAY-REEN ADDITION for benefits on accolIDt of installment <br />of sanitary sewer, and that no part thereof has been paid and said Village <br />of Roseville further determines that said amount should be added to the <br />assessment roll and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County with <br />the same force and effect as if originally certified without the credit <br />erroneously entered, and that the County Auditor of Ramser County is <br />authorized and requested to have the same corrected and placed upon the <br />assessment roll and payable in accordance vith the original assessment <br />without any credit inadvertently applied. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Vi:jJ.age Council of Rosevi11e this..2 7 day of May, 1958. <br /> <br />(' <br />6~ <br /> <br />'--f, ((r) <br />.'?
