EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuan1: to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 12th day of April, 1993, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Cushman" and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8921 SUPERVISORY AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of Minneso1:a, the City Council shall establish employee compensation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville that the Supervisory and Confidential Employee Classifica- tion and Pay Plan be revised to include the following salary ranges of certain City employees in 1993: Classification 1993 Yearly Salary Ranqes Police Secretary Administrative Secretary License Bureau Supervisor Engineering Supervisor Fire Marshal $21,700 - 28,000 - 32,200 - 36,800 - 36,800 - $27,100 35,000 40,300 46,000 46,000 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the monthly insurance contribution provided to the employees covered under this plan be increased to $290 per month. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member P. Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Cushman, and V. Johnson, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
