Dear Dennis: <br />Enclosed is our Application for a Minor Subdivision for two Pots that are part of our <br />recently approved Applewood Pointe of Arona Third Addition. Unfortunately, there is an <br />error in dot 9 of this plat showing the !ot at 25' wide. The row town home that is being <br />building on this lot is 24' wide. Thus, we wish to subdivide Lot 9 and add that 1 foot to <br />C.ot 10 (the end unit}. <br />Sorry for this error. Thank you for your attention to this detail.
