If approved, staff ill sub it the Twin Lakes Master Plan amen ent to the <br />Comprehensive Play, including the AU comment letters and mitigation pl to the <br />Metropolitan Council far review and comment as required by State Statute. <br />7.6 In addition, staff will prepare a list of next steps for Council review in July to encourage <br />the timely implementation of the Twin Lakes Master Plan and to maximize the public <br />support and private investment in the area. <br />S.0 <br />SUGGESTED COtTNCIL ACTIONS: <br />8.1 Open the public hearing and invite public comment regarding the findings of the <br />Comprehensive Plan amendment and the AUAR, consecutively. <br />8.2 By resolution (draft attached), approve the final amendment of the Comprehensive <br />Plan for the Twin Lakes Business Park area from "Business" and "Industrial" to <br />"Business Park" as described in the Twin Lakes Master Plan dated June 26, 2001 and <br />as amended by Council with the Scenario ~ 1. ~Tlie amendment shall also include the <br />findings of the AUAR and mitigation plan.
