There are opportunities for input as the <br />study process proceeds. <br />Members Rhody and 0-lson felt that tabling the item would not help the process. <br />Motion: Member Klausing moved, second by Member Rhody, to adopt <br />Resolution No. 3232 (Revising the Text and Land Use Map Designations <br />of the Existing Plan adopted in 1994, as amended, by incorporating the <br />Twin Lakes Business Park Master Pian Renewal Strategy of 2000 with <br />the staff Land use scenario of December 13, 2000 and recommended <br />further study of retail. options within the southeast section of the business <br />park, subject to an AUAR. <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />
