Regular City C®unc~i eating <br />1VI®nday, .Tiny 23, 2007 <br />Page 19 <br />Nays ~ None. <br />®11 Call <br />yes® Pust; Roe; Ihlan; Kough; and Klausing. <br />Naysa None. <br />Finance Director Chris Miller advised, that while one or more mem- <br />bers of the City's Police Department may belong to this association; <br />they were not involved in any way with the lawful gambling opera- <br />tions, and there was no potential conflict of interest concern. ~/Ir. <br />Miller further advised that gambling activities at this facility had been <br />ongoing and most likely represented Mr. Senser's advocacy for police <br />associations in general. Mr. Miller noted that information regarding <br />other gambling activities (Bingo) at the facility was included for gen- <br />eral Council reference only; and that this activity was related to pull <br />tab operations. <br />Kough moved, Ihlan seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10521 en- <br />titled, "Resolution Approving a Lawful Gambling Premise Permit to <br />the Suburban Law Enforcement Association," approving the renewal <br />application for Suburban Law Enforcement Association to conduct <br />lawful gambling activities at Joe Senser's Restaurant, located at 2350 <br />Cleveland Avenue in Roseville, for the license term from September <br />1, 2007 to August 31, 2009. <br />
