Twin Lakes Litigation Strategy <br />Present: Councilmembers Ihlan, Roe and Mayor Klausing. Also present: <br />Paul Reuvers and Amber Lee of Iverson 8~ Reuvers; City Manger Bill <br />Malinen; and Finance Director Chris Miller. <br />The Special Meeting convened at 5:12 p.m. in Open Session. <br />Roe moved, Ihlan seconded, to go into closed session. Motion approved <br />3-0. The Meeting was then closed and the Council convened in <br />Executive Session. <br />A discussion regarding Twin Lakes litigation strategy was held. <br />The closed session adjourned at 6:40 p.m. <br />Klausing moved, Ihlan seconded, to meet in Open Session. Motion <br />approved 3-0. <br />In Open Session Roe moved, Klausing seconded, to appeal the District <br />Court Ruling. Councilmember Roe and Mayor Klausing voted in favor; <br />and Councilmember Ihlan opposed. Motion approved 2- l . <br />
