T CT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE F:AMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, August 13, 2007 at 6:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Ihlan, Pust, Kough, Roe and Klausing and the following were absent: none Councilmember Kough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 10539 RESOLUTION EXTENDING WORKING HOURS FOR AMC ROSEDALE CENTER 14 THEATF~E ENTRY PLAZA VESTIBULE ADDITION WI-1EREAS, Prosser Wilbert Construction, Inc., has been hired by Rosedale Center at 1395 I-lighway 36 W to complete the proposed construction of an entry plaza vestibule addition for the AMC Rosedale Center 14 Theatre; AND WHEREAS, they would like to construct the footing and foundations during nighttime and early morning hours between August 14th and August 31st; AND WHEREAS, they would like to begin. working at 6:00 a.m. between September 1St and November 30th to complete the remainder of the project; AND WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has received a request from the Project Manager to extend the working hours; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, the City of Roseville hereby extends the working hours for the AMC Rosedale Center 14 Theatre entry plaza vestibule addition for the following dates and times: August 14 - 31, 2007 Nighttime hours 1:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. September 1 -November 30, 2007 Early morning hours 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Pust upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor. thereof: Ihlan, Pust, Kough, Roe and Klausing and the following voted against the same: none WPIEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
