E 'I' C I IJ'T'ES F EE'I"IllTG OFT E CITY C®UNCIL OF THE CITY F ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of May, 2007, at 6:00 p.m. The fallowing members were present: Kough,l'ust, Roe, Ihlan and Mayor Klausing and the following were absent: None Council Member I'ust introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: LUTI . 1 510 A SOLUTION APP PING A SUMMA Y OF AN ORDIN CE WRITING PORTIONS OF TILE 10, CHAPTER 1009, SIGN REGULATIONS, OFT E ROSEVILLE CITY CODE WHEREAS, the City Council. hereby determines that the text of the summary marked "Official Summary of Ordinance No. 1349, a copy of which is attached hereto, clearly informs the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance adopted on May 21, 2007, and WHEREAS, the City Council, as described in Minnesota Statutes 412.191, hereby determines that publication of the title and such summary will clearly inform the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a copy of this ordinance shall be available in the office of the City Manager, which copy shall be available for inspection by any persons during regular office hours, further, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager shall publish the title and the official. summary of this ordinance in the official newspaper of the City with notice that a printed copy of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person during regular office hours at the Office of the City Manager in City Hall located at 2660 Civic Center Drive. A copy of the ordinance and summary shall also be posted at the Reference Desk of the Roseville Branch of the Ramsey County Library, 2160 Hamline Avenue, Roseville, MN 55113 and on the Internet web page of the City of Roseville (www.ci.roseville.lnn.us). The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Ihlan and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kough, Pust, Roe, Ihlan and Mayor Klausing and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
