Minutes of 8/27/07 <br />Regular City Council Meeting <br />Page 2 <br />Councilmember Kough opined .that he was in agreement with Mr. <br />Bahnemann regarding the prairie grass adjacent to City Hall; and re- <br />quested that staff include this item on a future Council agenda. <br />4. Council Communications, Reports and Announcements <br />None. <br />5. Recognitions, Donations, Communications <br />a. Proclamation -Proclaim September 28, 2007 Golden K Kiwanis <br />Peanut Day <br />Mayor introduced several representatives of the Golden K Kiwanis <br />group who were present to promote their upcoming peanut sale fund- <br />raiser, scheduled annually on the fourth Friday in September. <br />Mayor thanked the Kiwanis representatives and this civic group for <br />their continuing efforts in the community and Roseville area; and read <br />the proclamation. <br />Pust moved, Kough seconded, proclaiming September 28, 2007 as <br />Roseville Golden K Kiwanis Peanut Day. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan; Pust; Kough; Roe; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />6. Approve Minutes. <br />Mayor Klausing thanked Councilmember Roe for providing his corrections to the <br />minutes before the meeting in order to save time; and by consensus, Councilmem- <br />bers concurred with Councilmember Roe's changes. <br />a. Minutes -Approve Minutes of 8/13/07 Executive Session <br />Kough moved, Pust seconded, approval of the .minutes of the August <br />13, 2007 Executive Session as presented. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan; Pust; Kough; Roe; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />
