They haven't <br />worked in the past, and they won't work in the future. There too large scale, and <br />require too many big bucks to do. <br />5. Shouldn't we be setting up programs to maintain our existing <br />commercial taa base? I see too many boazded up buildings and "for lease" <br />signs azound. Let's help our existing commercial property owners survive. <br />They pay a lot of taxes and keep our house property taxes low.
