<br />Extract of Uinutes of Heeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, ~1innesota <br />September 18, 1967 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall on <br /> <br />September 18, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Councilmen Grauel, Shields and Curley <br /> <br />Mayor Cedar holm, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilman Goodrich <br /> <br />* * * * * * <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented to the Council the proposed <br />assessment roll for Improvement No's. 66-31 and 66-32 <br /> <br />prepared by him with the assistance of the engineers as <br />directed by the Council on September 11, 1967, and reported <br /> <br />that the assessment roll is now on file in his office and <br /> <br />open to public inspection. <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br /> <br />then introduced the <br /> <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. .lillL <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARInG on THE <br />PROPOSED ASSESS~4ENT FOR IMPROVEMENTS NO'S. 66-31 <br />and 66-32 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of <br />
