The land use was approved by the Roseville City <br />Council on June 26, 2001. <br />Parcels Around Lake. and Adjacent to Residential <br />• Multiple Housing or High Quality Offices <br />• Housing with First Floor Office/Rental Apt. - Flezible <br />1. Minimal noise impact, higher level of cleanup required, less traffic closer to <br />neighborhood, less light pollution and more visibly appealing to neighboring <br />residents. <br />2. Will need to be higher density to create value needed for redevelopment, either <br />owner-occupied, high-end townhomes or rental townhomes/apartrnents. <br />3.
