Consider Consent Agenda <br />At the request of Mayor Klausing, Finance Director Chris Miller briefly re- <br />viewed those items being considered under the Consent Agenda. <br />a. Check Register -Approve Check Register <br />Councilmember Ihlan identified several items that staff had allocated <br />for payment through Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District No. 17 <br />for professional and/or legal services, and for the AUAR Update. <br />Councilmember Ihlan noted the recent City Council-majority ap- <br />proved settlement agreement with former developers, Twin Lakes <br />LLC that would preclude recovery by the City of Eminent Domain or <br />related future expenses. Councilmember Ihlan questioned if it was the <br />intent that TIF District No. 17 was going to be the source for these <br />payments. <br />Finance Director Miller advised that these were all TIF-eligible ex- <br />penses, thus staff was allocating them accordingly. Mr. Miller noted, <br />however, that alternative funding sources would be needed, given the <br />risk that the district may not generate anticipated funds. <br />Roe moved, Pust seconded, approval of the following claims and pay- <br />ments as presented. <br />ACH Pa ents $1,446,592.99 <br />47868-48280 627,582.40 <br />Total $2,074,175.39 <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan; Pust; Kough; Roe; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />b.
