<br />Roseville, Minnesot~l that the1oroposed assessment roll for <br />Improvement No. 67- 8 <br /> <br />now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the <br />Village Manager, is approved, and the ~1anager is directed to <br />publish and mail notice that the Council will meet to consider <br />the proposed assessment on October 16, 1967, at the Village Hall <br />in the Village of Roseville, at 7:00 o'clock P.M.. The notice <br />shall state the date, time and place of the meeting, the general <br />nature of said improvement, the area proposed to be assessed, <br />that the proposed assessment roll is on file with the Clerk, and <br />that written or oral objections thereto by any property owner will <br />be considered. It shall be published in the official newspaper <br />of the Village at least once, and shall be mailed to the owner of <br />each parcel described in the assessment roll, not less than two <br />weeks prior to the date of said meeting. For the purpose of <br />such mailed notice, owners of said parcels shall be those shown <br />as such as of September 18 , 1967 on the records of <br />the County Treasurer. Every property owner whose name does not <br />appear on such records (other than owners of property which is <br />tax exempt or is taxed on a gross earnings basis) shall be <br />deemed to have waived such mailed notice unless he has requested <br />in writing that the County Treasurer include his name on the <br />records for this purpose. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by <br /> <br />l'lember Shields <br /> <br />, and upon <br /> <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> <br />thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon the resolution was declared duly passec and adopted. <br />
