EXTRACT OF NIINiJTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall on Monday, the 24th day of September 2007, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Roe, Pust, Ihlan, Kough, and Klausing; and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Pust introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO.10555 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR THE TAX BASE REVITALIZATION ACCOUNT WHEREAS the City of Roseville is a participant in the Livable Communities Act's Housing Incentives Program for 2007 as determined by the Metropolitan Council, and is therefore eligible to make application for funds under the Tax Base Revitalization Account; and WHEREAS the City has identified aclean-up project within the City that meets the Tax Base Revitalization account's purpose/s and criteria; and WHEREAS the City has the institutional, managerial, and financial capability to ensure adequate project administration; and WHEREAS the City certifies that it will comply with alLapplicable laws and regulations as stated in the contract agreements. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the City Council of Roseville, Minnesota agrees to act as legal sponsor for the project contained in the Tax Base Revitalization grant application submitted on November 1, 2007, for the Har Mar Apartment Project. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Kough, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Roe, Pust, Ihlan, Kough, and Klausing; and voted against: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
