Extract of minutes of Meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Hinnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Villa~e of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 18th day of September, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Shields, Grauel and Curley and the following was absent: Councilman Goodrich Councilman Shields then introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 1917 RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT NO. 67-10 WHEREAS. pursuant to advertisement for bids for Storm Drainage Improvement No. 67-10, according to the plans and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of said Village, said bids were received on August 11, 1967, at 11:30 6'clock A.M.. opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were received complyinq with the advertisement: Bidder Amount Lametti and Sons, Inc. C. S. McCrossan, Inc. Northern Contracting Company Orfei and Sons, Inc. Peter Lametti Construction Co. Hurley Construction Co. Carl Bolander & Sons $420,537.00 467,378.50 482,483.70 484,441. 66 537,501.52 542,387.00 575,183.70 WHEREAS it appears that Lametti and Sons, rnc. of St. Paul, Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price of $420.537.00. N01V. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. The Mayor and tlanager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Lametti and Sons, Inc. for $420,537.00 in the name of the Village of Roseville for Storm Drainage Improvement No. 67-10 according to the plans and snecifications thereof heretofore approved by the Villap-e Council and on file in the office of the Vill aqe Manager.
